Shotshell Cutter, Trimmer, Dismantler, Dismantling tool
I 'm trying to dismantle about 100 rounds of my inaccurate reload shotshells. But I found it's extremely dangerous to cut them by using a utility knife.
Then I found this from my toolbox ---- a PVC pipe cutter, it's a surprise, cheap and easy to use!
You can find it at any Home Depot or Lowes store.
Just press the handle to push the blade to touch the shell, then rotate it. Guess what? Job Done!
