Macbook Pro 2019 不依赖 Boot Camp 安装 Windows 10 启动蓝屏解决 (Macbook Pro 2019 install Windows 10 without Boot Camp, Booting, Blue Screen)
不使用Boot Camp的方式安装的Windows 1909版本，在启动过程中蓝屏。经检查是因为Macbook Pro 2019硬件比较新，Windows没有合适的驱动导致。缺少的两个驱动分别是"AppleSSD64" 和"Thunderbolt"
Install Windows 10 1909 without Boot Camp, when booting, system crash with blue screen, it's cause by the lacking of driver, Macbook Pro 2019 is too new for Windows 10 1909.
There are 2 drivers missing, which is called "AppleSSD64" and "Thunderbolt"
解决(Solution):
先在Mac系统里使用Boot Camp Assistant下载Boot Camp的WindowsSupport文件。
Download Boot Camp WindowsSupport files through Boot Camp Assistant under OSX
开始U盘安装时，在Windows安装过程中，选择自定义安装，并选择Load Driver，将WindowsSupport下的$WinPEDirver$里的AppleSSD64和Thunderbolt加载一次。
Install Windows 10 through USB drive, choose customize installation, then choose "Load Driver", load "AppleSSD64" and "Thunderbolt" under WindowsSupport/$WinPEDirver$
